One room, three ways of living
A studio has to be a living room, a dining space and a bedroom at once, without any of them feeling squeezed. For this apartment, we planned the interiors around how the space is used through the day, and let light, storage and furniture do the work of walls.
We kept to a light, minimalist palette, chose premium yet cost-effective materials, and fitted storage into every spare corner so the surfaces stay clear and the room stays calm.

The challenge
The apartment felt cramped and dated. Dark finishes and limited daylight made it look smaller than it was, and with little storage, everyday clutter had nowhere to go.
The layout also did not suit how people live now. The brief was to turn a compact space into a stylish, functional home on a sensible budget.
What we did
Zoned layout
Living, dining and sleeping areas are defined within the one room. Each gets its own feel and a sense of privacy, and nothing is closed off.
Light and colour
A light palette with layered lighting brightens the interiors and makes the room read larger.
Hidden storage
Modular wardrobes and concealed storage keep belongings out of sight and surfaces clear.
Furniture that adapts
A foldable dining set and other multi-functional pieces give floor space back when it is not needed.
Smart materials
Premium yet cost-effective finishes keep the look high-end and the budget in check.
